Where the post office requires environmental services such as planning and/or monitoring mitigation, mitigation or remediation, a technical provider should be maintained in accord with the procedures applicable to the acquisition of A/E services (see item 4.5.2). This clause contains terms and conditions that are normally used in commercial purchases, for example.
